The recent increase in travellers looking for a more adventurous holiday means that more people are looking for good deals on their holiday insurance cover.
The Mabuasehube Game Reserve, located in Botswana's Kalahari desert, is increasingly appealing to those Brits who want more than two weeks lying on a beach.
The reserve, best seen between the end of March and the start of May the so-called "rainfall season", is home to a wide range of exotic animals including lions, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, lynx and wildcats.
Travellers must ensure they have a valid permit before entering the reserve and travel in groups of two or more using suitable off-road vehicles. The holidaymakers also need to make sure they have packed enough food, water and petrol to cover their safari trip.
In addition, the travellers must make sure they have a valid holiday insurance policy that covers such adventurous trips to help protect against the cost of unexpected medical treatment just in case the local wildlife don't take to kindly to visitors.
