A new floating West End could mean more people are tempted by a cruise overseas. However, they are being reminded not to forget the holiday insurance before setting sail.
The Queen Victoria, a new liner from Cunard, is to feature an 800-seat Royal Court Theatre, complete with private boxes and an exclusive drinking lounge area.
The amazing 90,000 tonne ship is likely to appeal to a wide range of travellers, who fancy taking a trip without missing out of some key luxuries.
"Cunard has the unique distinction of having the only true liners in the industry, and we're proud to be able to expand this heritage with our new Queen Victoria," said Carol Marlow, Cunard's president and managing director.
He added: "This vessel will offer our guests the classic Cunard luxury and experience they have come to expect while at the same time providing the most up-to-date amenities and facilities, along with a few impressive innovations."
However, anyone planning to travel abroad is advised to double check their holiday insurance policy covers them for cruise trips just in case they require emergency medical treatment or lose their belongings once away from port.
