Buildings
The insured property, to include any outbuildings and fitted interior units, will be insured on the basis of total replacement or repair costs, subject to excess, against loss or damage from:
- Burst pipes
- Civil commotion
- Earthquake
- Fire
- Impact from vehicles, falling trees, animals, aircraft, aerials and masts
- Lightning
- Oil or water leakage
- Smoke
- Storm (other than gates and fences)
- Subsidence
- Theft
- Vandalism/malicious damage
Contents
We do not offer a stand alone landlords contents insurance and this is only available as an addition to a landlords buildings insurance policy.
You can insure your contents on this policy, for fire and theft. This will include insurance for furniture, household utensils, kitchen electrical goods and soft furnishings. You cannot insure your personal effects or valuables on this insurance policy.
